This is my latest sketch. It is a long time since i did the last one (I guess one year or so). I have used 'Ambassador' Charcoal Pencils on a hand made sheet. please help me to improve.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Maybe the eyelashes are a bit too beetle. But it's a fine portrait indeed! The reflections in the eyes are really gorgeous!

One suggest? : just add some middle tones too
So you have then finally: darks - middles - light tones AT LEAST
But it is lovely as it is!

And my advice would be: start with the middle tones - then you can add always darker tones and highlights (even maybe you just erase some...)
