I don't know the actress so I can't tell how much of a likeness you've got here. The proportions and general shape seem spot on. I think the face could definately do with some more definition, if she is a Bollywood actress, then surely she should have darker skin tones? Especially under the chin and round the sides of her face. Don't be afraid of the dark! Use it to create more depth.

Apart from this, the only improvements I could suggest would be of a technical nature, like a cleaner scan/photo, or to try to have the full-view the same size as the screen.

On saying this, there are some great parts to this portrait. Her features (eyes, lips, nose, hair and sweater) are well defined and very 'real' looking. You've created a great texture on her sweater. And her lips are perfect.
